ITC Hotels Solution Suite
The ITC Group of Hotels faced a steep challenge as the Covid-19 pandemic and its aftermath had an effect on guest footfall and service booking. The brand needed a convenient and unified solution set to address customer concerns and focus on revenue growth. MSR provided a suite of hospitality solutions to ITC.
The ‘One App’, developed for all listed properties, is a sustainable solution for the future of the hospitality sector. It is a BYOD solution with a user-friendly interface that is easy to navigate and engage. As the name suggests, it is a single app that serves as an extensive platform to address all guest concerns and showcase hotel offers. It also serves as a gourmet food delivery platform for non-resident customers.
Some notable offerings of the One App include easy on-the-go reservations, pre-check in and digital key options, all designed to ensure a smooth contactless experience. Club membership and guest loyalty offers on the app act as an excellent marketing tool to engage in customer retention and revenue growth.
The In-Room iPad solution was provided as an extensive GRMS. Intended towards maximising guest convenience and comfort, it focused on personalised services like in-room dining, laundry and spa booking. Its in-room features included room automation, curtain and door control, along guest entertainment features like TV control and web radio access.
Serving as a state-of-the-art guest entertainment solution, the Interactive TV was designed to further guest convenience and provide detailed hotel information. Its entertainment offerings include a wide range of DTH TV channels as well as access to OTT platforms and video on demand. It is also equipped with in-room dining and other guest service facilities.
The complete suite of solutions helped ITC Hotels redefine its guest experience through technological innovation. With the set of robust digital offerings, it was able to streamline operations, expedite service bookings and boost revenue.
Taj Hotels TV Solution
IHCL’s Taj Hotels was looking for an upgrade to their in-room guest entertainment system, whereby they could showcase and promote their brand and its offerings, in addition to enhancing guest engagement. They wanted a solution with a completely modern outlook, which combined entertainment and convenience with practicality and brand awareness. Emphasis was needed on the various initiatives and welfare activities of IHCL.
MSR worked on these requirements with close attention to the brand’s strong values and outlook. The interactive TV solution was designed to offer a robust and seamless guest, while showcasing the brand’s investment in social and cultural initiatives in detail. The TV was equipped with interactive features for convenient and personalised guest entertainment, such as easy content casting, access to multiple OTT platforms and a wide range of DTH channels. The range of features on the new TV solution allowed Taj to better engage its guests and provided a reliable platform for showcasing its brand and values.
Fairfield Digital Signage Solution
Scenario:
Fairfield by Marriott was in search of a visually appealing and interactive method to engage guests. The luxury brand called for a digital display system that would help guests to better identify the hotel premises and create a more modern, tech-driven atmosphere.
Solution offered:
Fairfield’s requirement called for a smart display solution that coordinated multiple digital displays across the property to present any content of choice. MSR came up with the SmartPlay Digital Signage solution, which is hosted on a local SmartPlay server at the premises. The output screens are strategically located at places like the reception, business centre, lobby area, restaurants and banquet halls of the hotel.

Requirements
- Experience in Manual and Automation testing.
- Proficient in leading, mentoring and managing teams and involved closely with the developer team.
