  • Prior administrative or implementation experience with Enterprise applications (ITSM preferred)
  • Experienced in resolving technical issues of customers through any CRM Tool
  • Open to working in rotational shifts

  • Basic knowledge on database management
  • Communicate with and manage the expectations of customers of IT Services
  • Provides a specialist skill in a supportive role to receive Incidents that cannot be resolved by end users or other Service Desks. Investigate and coordinate resolution & recovery actions for assigned Incidents
  • Handle requests for customized operational solutions. Consults with team to identify solution requirements
  • Participate as needed in all relevant major incident and problem management investigations
  • Investigate out of control conditions and recommend tactics to the Service Owners to be more effective
  • Coordinate inter-process changes with other process owners
  • Providing user training

  • Graduation/Post Graduation
