Mita is the founder Director of MSR Group. She has 18 years of experience in delivering a wide variety of technology programmes. Prior to founding MSR, Mita has worked as a Project Manager in TCS on large scale product deployments across Europe. Mita is a BTech (Computer science) and BSc from Calcutta University.
Shamit has 16 years of experience in business development and marketing with IT. He is in charge of driving the strategy with MSR Group. An MBA from IIM-L, Shamit has spent significant time in the European and Indian markets catering to the hospitality and multi-dwelling units (MDU) market.

Strategic Customer Relations
Satrajit manages MSR's strategic customer relations for MSR. Based out of Delhi he oversees our business development and institutional sales primarily in the Northern Region. Having a Masters in Computer Applications, his technical knowledge of our Automation and Entertainment products helps him to work more as a techno-commercial consultant to a wide range of stakeholders from the team of our strategic accounts.
Head of Technology
Suman is a B.E. (Electrical) from Jadavpur University, Kolkata with 25 years of experience. Suman has gained significant experience on in-room and automation products within MSR. Earlier he served organizations like Wipro and General Electric.
Debajyoti is an M Sc. in Computer Science. He is a Sun certified Java/J2EE engineer having 8+ years of experience on hospitality and in-room product development at MSR. Debajyoti is responsible for creating the architecture of MSR products based on the business roadmap within smart home and in-room technologies.
Customer Support Head
Joydeep manages the support functions at MSR. His expertise is in managing large teams delivering client expectation and improving customer experience in end to end operations. He possesses 18 years of professional experience especially in the field of Business and Technology Process Outsourcing.

Manhas has 23 years of experience in Project Management within automation and security solutions. He was associated with organizations like Siti Cable (Zee Network), and Worldroom India Pvt. Ltd and SecureLynkx Networks before joining MSR.
